First-class experienced people...

C5T's outstanding staff has experience in leading the transformation of the TACC and AMC since 1997. This experience includes functional management of USTRANSCOM Distribution Process Owner and Fusion Center, AMC C2 and ITV systems as well as strong links to the Air Force Research Labs and Electronic Systems Center (ESC).

Our people's experience also included providing a lead role in Global CONOPS Synchronization (GCS) which helped bridge the seams between the Mobility Air Force (MAF), Combat Air Forces (CAF), Civilian sector (including FAA and other Civil Aviation Authorities), Joint, and Coalition domains.

C5T provides a “bridge” between the operational and technical worlds. Our key members have broad operational experience from being in charge of many real world operations as TACC “Seniors,” to running the AMC Battle staff, to being on the battlefield in the Contingency Response Groups (previously TALCE). These same “bridge” people have engineering degrees, are AF acquisition certified (in acquisition and T&E), and have extensive experience in R&D and Independent R&D (IRAD). They bring the flight line mentality to the systems development and process change.

C5T offers a full range of operational support – from capabilities/functional management to “in the trenches” flight line tasks. Our specialty is bridging the operational and technical domains and productivity.  Some key members have lead AMC TACC transformation for years (M2K and M21).

Our employees have operational experiences that range from flight crew, command post, TACC, Combined Air Operations Center, Air Traffic Control to running every aspect of ground operations in peace and war (both at AMC Wings and in many deployed in austere TALCE situations). We have talent that bridges Operations, Engineering, Logistics, IT, as well as Project and Program Management – including AF acquisition certification in Test & Evaluation and Program Management. Our people are currently employed working Combat Air Force (CAF), Mobility Air Force (MAF), Civil (FAA), Joint, and Coalition efforts, including work at Scott by USTRANSCOM, AMC, and Air Force Research Lab (AFRL).
